Brittany Sanders Robb
"I am proud to work on behalf of deserving clients and their families to impose responsibility for wrongful conduct, remedy product defects, and encourage reforms that can make a meaningful difference in peoples' lives." -Brittany Robb
Brittany is a Partner at Robb & Robb LLC and represents injured people and their families during their times of greatest need. Her litigation practice spans coast-to-coast, and she has been involved in some of the most high-profile and complex aviation cases in U.S. history.
Brittany is proud to work at a Firm that makes a real difference in its clients’ lives and can prevent others from being injured by hazardous products and irresponsible corporate practices. Recent landmark and record-breaking results include:
- $100 million wrongful death settlement in Udall v. Papillon Airways, et al., the highest settlement for a single wrongful death in U.S. history
- $116 jury verdict in Cadigan v. Liberty Helicopters, et al., the highest jury verdict for a single wrongful death in the history of New York State
- Successful pre-trial resolution in Bryant v. Island Express, et al. on behalf of the Bryant family, following the 2020 helicopter crash that killed NBA Legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna (Confidential Settlement)
In addition to these record-breaking results, since joining Robb & Robb in 2020, Brittany has successfully resolved many cases on behalf of deserving clients and their families, from coast-to-coast. She has been selected by her peers as “One to Watch” in both 2022 and 2023 by “The Best Lawyers in America,” which has come to be regarded by both the legal profession and the public as the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States. She has also been named to the Missouri Lawyers Media’s “Up & Coming” list for 2021.
Brittany is a graduate of Princeton University and the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she was Editor-In-Chief of the Washington University Law Review. Prior to law school, Brittany worked as an Investigative Analyst at the New York District Attorney’s Office, where she aided in the Office’s landmark prosecution of NYPD and FDNY officers who made false claims for social security disability benefits related to 9/11.
Following law school, Brittany clerked for the Honorable Duane Benton on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. After her clerkship, Brittany was an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York City, where she obtained experience defending large corporate clients in high-profile, high-stakes litigation, including one of the largest personal injury actions in United States history.
Alongside her husband, Andrew, Brittany joined Robb & Robb LLC in February of 2020. Brittany is proud to work at Robb & Robb LLC alongside her family—her in-laws, Founding Partners Gary C. Robb and Anita Porte Robb, and her husband, Partner Andrew C. Robb.
Brittany is admitted to the bar in both Missouri and New York.
