Andrew is a Partner at Robb & Robb LLC and dedicates his career to representing injured people and their families, with a focus on aviation accidents. He has litigated against national and multi-national corporations, and he has been involved in some of the most high-profile and complex aviation cases in U.S. history. Recent landmark and record-breaking results include:
- $100 million wrongful death settlement in Udall v. Papillon Airways, et al., the highest settlement for a single wrongful death in U.S. history
- $116 jury verdict in Cadigan v. Liberty Helicopters, et al., the highest jury verdict for a single wrongful death in the history of New York State
- Successful pre-trial resolution in Bryant v. Island Express, et al. on behalf of the Bryant family, following the 2020 helicopter crash that killed NBA Legend Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna (Confidential Settlement)
In addition to these record-breaking results, since joining Robb & Robb in 2020, Andrew has successfully resolved many cases on behalf of deserving clients and their families, from coast-to-coast. Andrew has been selected by his peers as “One to Watch” in both 2022 and 2023 by “The Best Lawyers in America,” which has come to be regarded by both the legal profession and the public as the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States. He has also been named to the Missouri Lawyers Media’s “Up & Coming” list for 2021.
Andrew is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and of the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review and won First Place in the 91st Annual Campbell Moot Court Competition.
